FediHood

Location You are placed by city, never by the meter You choose your city. No GPS, no address, nothing precise is kept. Others only ever see a city name.

Your profile, your call As little or as much as you like Signing up needs just a handle and a recovery email. Your public profile stays minimal unless you add a name, a picture or a bio. You decide what you share, like anywhere on the fediverse.

Nearby A feed that follows your radius Set the distance, from a few kilometers to a whole region, and see what people around you post. The feed follows whatever you choose.

Direct messages Encrypted end to end Direct messages are encrypted in your browser. The server only carries unreadable content, it never sees what you wrote.

Open Connected to the Fediverse Your public posts can travel to other servers across the fediverse, and posts from there can reach you.

Your call Public, unlisted, followers or private Every post has its own reach. Speak to everyone, to your followers, or to a single person. The choice is yours, every time.
