Everhour is a great alternative to Harvest for time tracking and management. As an avid Asana user, Everhour was a great addition to my project management and tracking strategies.
You can read more about my set-up and how I use it here: http://lindsaykirsch.com/time-tracking/
We have been using Everhour for the past year, after trialing other time trackers in Asana, such as Harvest. Everhour has a great efficiency in the system, and has allowed us to track our team much easier, and faster than before. I can highly recommend it from both a user, and manager role.
Everhour is the best time tracking tool I've found. The integration w/ Asana is particularly good. I used Harvest but it lacks the ability to track time at the task level. Everhour not only allows for task level tracking but also creating time estimates at both the task and project level. The customer service is top notch and they are continually rolling out new features which just makes it even better. I highly recommend it.
Everhour has been great for our remote team! We use it with Asana and it helps create a seamless experience where our employees can keep track of their time and their tasks all in one place. The reports have also been great for helping us manage projects and estimates.
Everhour is the best tool for time tracking that I literally "ever" used. And I have to admit that as a project management tool nerd I tried them all. You look for the most solid time tracking tool with the best performing integrations to other apps? Everhour is the one. And what makes them such a good investment in the long run: Their support is instant and they keep coming up with improvements and new features even faster than I can read their updates-newsfeed.
Excellent tool for tracking our time on Asana app.
We only miss a mobile app to tracking the time on mobile devices, this would be powerful.
It's very simple and most important - has the best integration with trello, that we use to coordinate our work. Simple reports help us control every project and track budgets. The best thing - when you change the name of a trello card - it's automatically changes in everyhour!!! No more duplicates as it was, for example in Toggl.
