What is Emporiqa?

Emporiqa is AI chat that sells before the purchase and serves after it. A shopper types "gift for someone who likes cooking, under 50" into your search bar. Zero results. The product exists; the search just doesn't understand the question.

Before the purchase, shoppers describe what they want, or upload a photo of it; Emporiqa finds products in your own catalog, compares two or more and says which fits (real prices, stock), and adds the pick to the cart inside the chat. Checkout stays on your store. Ask it for something your store doesn't sell and it says so, then shows what you do carry.

After the purchase, it answers delivery, returns, sizing and payment questions from your own store pages and shows order status as an order card. Ready-made rules collect requests like returns, cancellations and invoices in the chat and email them to your team. The chat never refunds or cancels an order itself.

When a shopper needs a person, your team takes over the chat. Anyone on the team can step into a live conversation from the dashboard, with the full history, and alerts reach you by email, Slack, Teams, Discord or Google Chat. A conversation is billed once, when a shopper writes their first message, so bringing in a person adds no second charge.

Voice is optional and off until you switch it on: the shopper speaks and hears the answer, and the product cards stay on screen. A conversation where the shopper speaks costs $0.15 more. Answers come in your shopper's language.

Official plugins for WooCommerce (WordPress), Magento 2, PrestaShop, Drupal Commerce, Sylius, and Shopware 6, plus an API for any other platform. A dashboard shows ratings, unanswered questions, and the revenue from chats that led to purchases.

Pricing is pay-as-you-go: $0/month base + $0.25 per conversation, AI costs included. Your first ~100 conversations are on us ($25 signup credit), no card needed to start. You set a monthly limit. Prices exclude VAT. EU company, hosted in Germany, no model training on your data.
