Emporiqa is the AI chatbot that closes sales. A shopper types "gift for someone who likes cooking, under 50" into your search bar. Zero results. The product exists; the search just doesn't understand the question.
Emporiqa acts like an online salesperson for your store. Shoppers describe what they want; it recommends products from your catalog, handles objections on price or fit, compares items side by side, and walks them to checkout without leaving the chat. It also answers shipping, return, and payment questions from your own store pages. When it shouldn't answer alone, it hands off to your team with the full conversation.
Answers are grounded in your catalog, so it won't invent products or quote policies you don't have. Every conversation is saved and reviewable on your dashboard.
65+ languages with the same behavior in every language it speaks. Native plugins for WooCommerce, Magento, PrestaShop, Drupal Commerce, Shopware 6, and Sylius, plus a webhook API for any platform. A dashboard shows which chats led to purchases, top products by cart activity, and satisfaction ratings.
Pricing is pay-as-you-go: $0/month base + $0.25 per conversation. Each new account starts with $25 of signup credit (~100 free conversations) auto-applied; no card required at signup. Default monthly cap of $59 (customer-adjustable, pause-on-cap available). EU company, GDPR, no model training on your data.
