Users upload PDF plans, measure and count what the job needs, mark up the drawings, and organize the work into named groups with live totals. Assemblies turn those measurements into material quantities. Dozens are included across trades such as concrete, framing, drywall, roofing, flooring, and painting, and users can build their own with company materials, waste factors, and formulas.

Practical AI features like automatic sheet naming, scale detection, and symbol counting handle the busywork, and plan search finds text on every sheet, scanned pages included. When drawings change, the revised set can be compared with the current one, and existing measurements carry over.

Finished takeoffs export as an annotated PDF or a CSV file for Excel or estimating software, and share links let others view the work without an account. Easy Takeoffs works with PDF plans and focuses on the takeoff: it produces the quantities, and users price them in the estimating tool they already use. One plan includes every feature.
