What is CostLogic?

CostLogic is agentic construction takeoff and job-costing software built for speed without giving up control. Upload multi-page plans, detect scale from title blocks or calibrate it yourself, then measure linear, area, count, and angle quantities directly on the drawing. Auto Room finds rooms and areas for you, while Onyx can answer questions, edit takeoff layers, draft estimates and invoices, and perform actions on your behalf. Measured quantities flow into line items with controls for material, labor, waste, markup, overhead, profit, tax, discounts, and deposits. When work is approved, convert the estimate into an invoice, email a branded PDF, schedule payments, record what comes in, and track what remains outstanding. It is one connected browser-based workflow from blueprint to invoice, with clear math and human review at every step.
