Compared to other free driver programs, this one is atrocious. All driver downloaders are risky, but this one wasn't even informative, nor does the free version let you actually download anything without needing to pay first. The list of drivers that it loads on its main page is all you have. From there, you'll need to Google the driver name and try to find out where to download it.
Other driver downloaders will at least show the user the current driver version, Hardware ID, and show a nice comparison between what you have and what it's suggesting you update to. And they'll be smart enough to know that my Realtek Audio driver is only one download. DUMo doesn't have any of that, and it's showing that my Realtek driver is 4 separate drivers when I only need one. Yikes.
Use SnappyDrivers instead - it's very informative and completely free. Although, best-case scenario was, is, and likely always will be to just to go to your hardware manufacturer's website to find the driver download there.
