It sits in your Windows tray and gives you global hotkeys for volume up, down and mute that keep working while a fullscreen game has focus. Every key is rebindable and full multi-key combos are supported, so it works on 60% keyboards without media keys. Only your music app is affected: your game, your voice chat and your system volume are never touched.
DuckDeck Pro adds the parts that run by themselves. Your music fades down when a teammate talks in Discord and eases back when they stop, each game gets its own volume level that applies the moment you launch it, and a click-through overlay shows the volume and current track without stealing focus.
