It goes beyond a standard CRM with revenue features built in, not bolted on:

• Get paid faster — send a document, your customer reviews it with their details pre-filled, signs on any device, and pays online in the same flow (digital signing + online payment collection).

• Two WhatsApp channels — WhatsApp Web Chat (each rep connects their own number by QR, plus bulk send and workflow automation) and the official Meta WhatsApp Business API (verified business number + approved message templates).

• AI that does the work — Call Intelligence auto-transcribes and summarizes every phone call in the spoken language, then writes the summary, sentiment and follow-up tasks straight into the record. An AI assistant takes actions users language ("show open leads from this week", "create a follow-up task") right inside the CRM.
