  3. Pencil is a standalone app that lets you create diagrams or UI mockups. It doesn't have collaboration/multi-user features.

    Works well, haven't used it 100% yet, but it looks and feels like it will work VERY well once I need it later on. No styling, but for wireframes, we shouldn't need styles.

  4. Draw lets you produce anything from a quick sketch to a complex plan, and gives you the means to communicate with graphics and diagrams. With a maximum page size of 300cm by 300cm, Draw is a an excellent package for producing technical drawings, general posters, and much else.

    LibreOffice Draw is a more fully-featured and customizable application than draw.io in my opinion. The main reason I think it is better, though, is because it is a native application, rather than something that forces you to use it online.
