What is CozyClay?
CozyClay is free, open source previsualization software that runs in a Chromium browser. You stage a scene with primitives, pose characters, author camera moves and cuts on a timeline, then hand those same shots to an AI video model instead of gambling another paid generation.
It is not a replacement for Blender or a full DCC. It is the front of the pipeline: decide the camera and blocking first, then generate. Run it locally with npx cozyclay. Built with Three.js and React Three Fiber. Staging, cameras, and playback work without a motion backend.
