ConvertNow Analytics is a privacy focused, self hosted analytics plugin for WordPress. It runs entirely on your own server and database, with no external analytics account, tracking key, cookies, or persistent visitor IDs.
Most analytics tools count anything that executes JavaScript, including bots, uptime monitors, SEO crawlers, screenshot services, and AI agents. ConvertNow Analytics separates people from machines.
A pageview must render on screen and show signs of human activity, such as movement, scrolling, tapping, or staying for two seconds. Data center traffic and filtered requests are recorded separately instead of being silently discarded.
AI and machine traffic is treated as a first class analytics category. You can see human versus machine traffic, which pages AI crawlers read, which AI assistants send visitors, why requests were filtered, and the Proof of Presence signals behind counted views.
Key features include:
• Visitors, visits and pageviews
• Real bounce rate and time on page
• Pages, entry and exit pages
• Referrers, channels and campaigns
• Countries, languages, browsers and devices
• Goals, funnels, journeys and retention
• Segments and cohorts
• Analytics by author and content type
• WooCommerce and Easy Digital Downloads revenue attribution
• Weekly email reports
• Shareable read only dashboards
• CSV and JSON exports
The tracking script is about 1.5 KB. Data is stored in your own WordPress database and aggregated for efficient long term reporting. Charts use plain SVG.
Privacy is built in. There are no cookies, localStorage identifiers, or persistent visitor IDs. Raw IP addresses are never stored. Visitor identification uses a one way hash that rotates daily, preventing cross day tracking.
Tracking, reporting, goals, funnels, segmentation, country lookups and exports run on your own server.
Optional external requests are limited to features such as Apple Private Relay IP lists, referring site icons, configured alert webhooks, and an optional anonymous usage report. These features can be disabled.
