What is Barista Widgets?
35+ menu-bar widgets: email, calendar, weather, clipboard, stocks, reminders and more. Manage tasks you do 100 times a day without messing with your open windows.
Stop juggling a dozen menu-bar apps. Barista puts 35+ widgets in your Mac menu bar: calendar, reminders, weather, a clipboard manager, stocks, system monitors, world clocks, email and more, all in one app. Manage tasks you do 100 times a day without messing with your open windows.
ONE MENU BAR, EVERYTHING YOU NEED Pick only the widgets you want and arrange them exactly how you like, inline in the system menu bar or in a floating Barista bar you can summon with a keyboard shortcut.
WIDGETS INCLUDED Productivity: Calendar, Reminders, Email, Clipboard manager with searchable history, Scratchpad, World Clocks, Event countdowns, a unit and currency converter, Calculator, Translate, QR code generator, and Search. System: CPU, Memory, Battery, Network, Audio output, and Caffeine to keep your Mac awake. Info: Weather powered by Apple Weather, Stocks and crypto, an RSS News ticker, and any Webpage that you can open directly from the bar in its own popover. Media: Now Playing for Spotify and Apple Music. Breaks: Quick games like Minefield, 2048, and Snake.
BUILT FOR REAL MAC SETUPS Per-display layouts: keep a different widget set on your laptop and your external monitor, remembered and switched automatically when you connect or disconnect a display. Notch-aware: when the menu bar runs out of room beside the camera, compact everything in one click or use the floating bar, which the notch never hides. A real email client in your menu bar: read, compose, reply, and forward, with threaded discussions directly from your bar.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your data stays on your Mac. Barista has no account and no server. The only network requests are the ones a widget needs to do its job, like fetching weather or stock quotes, and any feature that reaches the network can be switched off. Clipboard history is encrypted on disk, password managers are excluded automatically, and you can block any app from being captured.
PERMISSIONS, ONLY WHEN YOU ASK Calendar, Reminders, Contacts, Location for local weather, and Automation for Now Playing are each requested only when you enable the widget that uses them, and never before. Decline any of them and the rest of the app keeps working.
Barista is a one-time purchase. No subscription.
