Use Ansible Semaphore on production for deployment and cloud server configuration. Pros: easy to set up and use, simple source code written on Golang. Ansible Semaphore is better than AWX for my tasks.

Use on the work for deployment and cloud servers configuration. Best UI for Ansible.
Software architecture is much better than AWX/Tower IMO, a lot simpler and more robust. Golang backend is also big advantage. However project is in dire need of attention and contributions. This can potentially be the best alternative and a recommendation over Tower due to it's simplicity, but needs quite a bit more activity and development to be a serious contender
