Just installed it. Peculiarly, I cannot find what one must do to make the product start reading! I've steeled myself for embarrassment in case someone can say how to use this thing. I've been using and making software for many years.

This smartphone app is mislabeled as also being a Windows app. Except it's not, and never was. That it was once available on the now defunct "Windows phone" platform, a smartphone-only platform of Microsoft (before it gave up the monopoly to Android and iPhone) doesn't make it a Windows app either. "Windows" means Microsoft Windows COMPUTER OPERATING SYSTEM.
There is a "Version for PC (Win2K, WinXP and older)" download option on the program downloads page. It works at least in Windows 10 version 22H2 (OS Build 19045.2546).
Its not a windows app
Its main features are being free, and being compatible with almost any android phone. For a free reader, it's not bad.
This is for Android only, now, if ever was for Windows
