What is AgentDesk?

AgentDesk is an AI-powered customer support platform that resolves technical tickets autonomously: not with canned responses or draft suggestions, but with actual code changes.

When a ticket arrives, an AI agent picks it up, clones the relevant repository into an isolated sandbox, investigates the codebase, identifies the root cause, writes a fix, runs your test suite, and opens a pull request. The ticket is updated with a structured summary of what was found, what was changed, and what to review. If the agent needs more context, it comments on the ticket and waits for a response.

Every agent action is logged with a full audit trail. Configurable approval gates let teams require human sign-off before changes ship, or allow agents to work autonomously on low-risk issues. Three guardrail levels – strict, default, and lenient – control how much freedom agents have, with limits on files changed, lines of code, and blocked patterns. Custom ticket routing rules allow you to control whose tickets trigger AI actions.

AgentDesk integrates with GitHub and JIRA, with bi-directional ticket sync, status mapping, and comment threading across both platforms. The platform supports bring-your-own-key for Anthropic API access, so organisations control their LLM costs directly with no markup.
