    2. Sumatra PDF is a slim, free, open-source PDF/DjVu/EPUB/XPS/CHM/CBR/CBZ/MOBI/FB2 viewer for Windows. Why another PDF reader? Sumatra has a minimalistic design. Simplicity has a higher priority than a lot of features. Its small and starts up very fast.

nameoftherose99 It support a variety of file formats such as .epub, mobi, pdf, etc. and it does so without breaking a sweat. You can use highlight not only on all these formats but also on protected files as well. Definitely my favorite in this category. Only downside is the lack of dark theme and some scaling issues.
