Wipr 2.37 adds gzipped request editing and Extra checks

Wipr 2.37 lets Extra decompress, edit, and recompress gzipped POST request bodies, allowing request modifications on sites that compress submitted data.

The release also detects when Wipr Extra is disabled and provides instructions for enabling it, addressing a common setup issue.

Quick reporting now immediately flags unsupported reporting targets, while persistent diagnostics explain that they may remain after an issue is fixed.
