Wipr 2.42 expands Filtr blocking on iOS and macOS 27 devices

Wipr 2.42 lets Filtr automatically block subdomains on iOS and macOS 27, expanding coverage for existing parent-domain rules after a refresh.

The update also includes backend changes intended to reduce Filtr server load and prepare for upcoming Apple system changes. Extra now supports a newer cosmetic and element-removal filter syntax, and reports its enabled status once when Safari launches instead of once per open tab.
