Salesforce in Claude now available in beta

Salesforce in Claude is now in beta on paid Claude plans, bringing 37 pre-built skills for company research, call preparation, pipeline review, CRM updates, and forecasts into conversations.

The Salesforce connector can read records and, after seller approval, update opportunities, log calls, and create follow-up tasks, while the Slack connector supports deal-channel and account-team workflows.

Salesforce remains the system of record, and Claude uses each seller’s existing Salesforce permissions.
