Magnific Upscaler is now integrated into Freepik's AI suite for Premium+ users

Magnific Upscaler is now part of Freepik AI Suite, available exclusively to Premium+ users who pay $39 per month. This makes Freepik the only external platform, aside from the Magnific website, to offer the upscaling tool with its full capabilities. Users can access it in the "EDIT" section under "Upscale" after uploading an image. The pricing for using Magnific Upscaler remains the same on both platforms to ensure fairness.

For now, both platforms will remain independent, with Magnific offering more control and customization while Freepik focuses on ease of use and a broader AI toolset. New AI features typically launch on Magnific first before reaching Freepik with some modifications, and higher-tier plans like Premium and Enterprise are currently exclusive to Magnific.

Freepik's AI Suite also includes additional tools like Retouch, Video Generation tools, and third-party models like PixVerse 3.5. There is currently no cross-platform access for upscales, meaning images processed on each platform remain separate. A potential "Super Account" that provides access to both platforms is under consideration, but no timeline has been confirmed.
