I really like the concept, and it is great to see an open source and encrypted cloud storage provider. That being said, there are some issues with it. It's features are currently quite limited, and the app can be slow sometimes. For example, backing up photos on iPhone takes a very long time (though this is partially due to Apple's ridiculous restrictions). Aside from the drawbacks, it does work really well, and it's great to see a solid end-to-end encrypted option!

It's one of the most reliable and secure file storage services available. While the current limit is still 500 GB, it's excellent, and Proton has a wonderful track record.
For the free account it's 500 Megabytes to 1 Gigabyte, the most premium account gives you 500 Gigabytes.

No Linux app. Considering that it's written in Typescript, it would be quite easy to provide such an app. Given that Proton is security-oriented and a lot of people in security are using Linux this is a no brainer that there should be a Linux app.
Also 500GB is the max storage quota, which is quite small.
I appreciate the privacy Proton offers, and its excellent policies; however, the free plan only comes with 500 MB combined for Mail and Drive, and the premium accounts are rather expensive.
Way more private than Google Drive and just as accessible. It works great for sharing files publicly. You can even set password and expiration dates.
Free plan comes with only 500 MB and the paid plans are quite expensive. It's a rather new service, but worth looking into.
