Grammarly’s parent company rebrands as Superhuman, and launches a new AI assistant
After acquiring the email client Superhuman a few months ago, Grammarly has now announced that it has rebranded its parent company as Superhuman, consolidating its entire set of tools, including Grammarly, Superhuman Mail, Coda.io, and a newly launched AI assistant called Superhuman Go, under one Superhuman Suite. It is worth noting that the grammar tool Grammarly will still exist and retain its current name for now, though the rebrand reflects a broader focus on AI-powered productivity tools beyond the company’s original proofreading and writing assistant. The Superhuman suite is available to Grammarly Pro subscribers, with Superhuman Go free for all paid users until February 1, 2026.
Superhuman Go works as an integrated AI assistant for writing, email, and productivity, built directly into the Grammarly browser extension, and can generate writing suggestions, provide email feedback, and automate workflows. The assistant connects with third-party apps such as Jira, Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Calendar to log support tickets, retrieve meeting times, and access contextual information within writing environments. Users can enable Superhuman Go through a toggle in the extension and interact with it using a familiar sidebar interface that offers prompts, suggestions, and access to specialized AI agents.
The new Pro plan costs $12 per month and includes multilingual grammar and tone correction, as well as access to all project management features in Coda, while the Business plan at $33 per month provides access to Superhuman Mail in addition to everything mentioned above. Looking ahead, Superhuman plans to expand Go’s integrations and introduce additional AI-powered features to Coda and Superhuman Mail.
