Brave Search will now let you upvote and downvote results with its new Rerank feature

Brave has introduced a new feature for its search engine, Brave Search, called Rerank. This feature empowers users to customize search rankings by allowing them to boost or remove specific domains from their search results. Rerank offers a transparent personalization option, distinct from other opaque personalization methods, by enabling users to provide explicit input on search rankings.

The Rerank feature includes a panel on the search results page that gives users control over the presence and order of websites. Users can give a thumbs up to raise a domain's ranking, or a thumbs down to discard it from future results. These adjustments are reversible at any time.

Rerank's adjustments are user-specific and do not affect other users or the overall Brave Search engine. The feature is available for free and applies to all searches conducted on Brave Search, enhancing user control over search outcomes on their individual devices.
