Spark Mail expands with a new Calendar and Meeting Notes features
Spark Mail is broadening its service offerings by adding Calendar and Meeting Notes features to enhance productivity. Previously integrated into its desktop version, this new updates aim to consolidate email, meeting, and calendar management within Spark, reducing the need to switch between different applications.
The integrated Calendar feature simplifies the scheduling and management of meetings, allowing users to view their schedules and create events directly from Spark's Command Center. The platform supports one-click integration for Google Meet or Zoom, making it easy to add meeting links to the calendar. The platform also supports cross-platform synchronization, ensuring that schedules remain consistent across Google Calendar, Microsoft Exchange, and iCloud calendars on all devices.
Advanced scheduling tools help manage multiple calendars, enabling users to share their availability and suggest meeting times directly from the calendar. The "Meet with" feature searches for available time slots across attendees' calendars for Gmail and Outlook.com users. Additionally, a scheduling link can be shared to facilitate easy meeting bookings. The new Meeting Notes feature also generates detailed transcripts and summaries. Both Calendar Scheduling and Meeting Notes are currently in beta and are expected to be fully rolled out over the summer.
