Bluesky unveils in-app video/music player and 'Hide Post' feature in latest update

Just a few days after Bluesky received significant updates, including the ability to view posts without logging in and a rebranding with a new logo, the decentralized social network has unveiled several minor updates today. These include an in-app video and music player that supports platforms like YouTube, SoundCloud, Spotify, and Twitch. Unlike Twitter, this feature does not autoplay content, at least at the moment.

Along with the in-app player, Bluesky has also introduced a new "hide post" feature, allowing users to remove unwanted content from their feeds, although it's still in beta and hidden posts are not yet synced between your devices. The company also fixed several bugs, and updated the ToS links for easier access.
