Integrate with APIs from Vanguard to make a front end viewer based on web technologies integrated securely in O365 that could potentially make interaction with IMS much more user friendly and have it programmatically handle operations server side and have them pic and choose whats needed.

PDFTK Builder is a free graphical interface to for PDFtk, making it much easier to use. It is a easy to use tool to collate (merge), split, encrypt, decrypt, stamp and rotate (only 90°, 180° or 270°) pdf documents.

Open Source Light Weight Modular PDF/XPS viewer. Might be good for programmatically doing things. Has CLI tools to extract images and objects from PDFs.

Commandline tool integrate in to node or .net app - Extract Images, convert to html, etc, useful for sharepoint/ims integration

Licensed Version of Foxit for editing and authoring documents. Create/Edit Forms. O365/Sharepoint integration. Natively track file access, edits, version history, etc..

Connected PDF system, notes, redaction, digital signatures, protection, etc, kept track on a user basis. Things like approvals, suggestions, notes along with form data can be help separately in a db. Seems great for collaborative document management/ECM.

Could replace letter generation

Free Reader Application, nicer features than Acrobat Reader. Iterates with Foxit PDF.

Large Suite of Software available, goes with Phantom.
