iOpenPod is a desktop app for managing iPod Classic and iPod Nano libraries. It speaks the iPod's native database format directly — no iTunes, no middleman. Plug in your iPod, point it at your music folder, and sync. FLAC, OGG, whatever — it handles the conversion.

Clickwill opens the music library that is already on your iPod classic and edits it in place, on a current Mac. There is no library on the computer to keep in sync and no music folder to maintain: what you see in Clickwill is what is on the device.
