It's true that Only Office's editor, Ascensio System, is not the most transparent company, even it tried to distance itself from Russia since 2023. There is no documented ties to Russian government for the last few years (and Microsoft's ties to NSA are much worrying).

I don't even know why would I pay so much money for this app. Not Opensource, no E2EE or encryprion at rest. They can view, scan my mails even after I pay them money. Crazy expensive Gmail is what it is.

Extremely commercialized website which is known for having betrayed their community in the worst way.
Much too expensive for they just put their name over others work.
Hidden terms of policy, unfair commercial practises.
Plus surfing there is not safe, they collect and sell all your data. Uploads, adresses, browsing history are referred as their property and are refused to be deleted on request. Instead they answer impertinent, lie or do not reply.

Nexusmods lost their mind. There are skyrim mods that allow you to slaughter kids, these mods have been available for ages and never got taken down by moderation. Now in 2023 someone created a mod to remove pronounce from starfield, as a result the mod was deleted by moderation and the creator banned.
What's worse, removing pronounce from a game or killing kids in videogames? In all honesty... nexusmods is complete BS. If people want to remove pronounce let them, this crap has nothing to do...
