What is ZeroParse Statements?

ZeroParse Statements turns bank and credit card statements (PDF, scanned PDF, CSV, Excel, OFX/QFX) into clean, categorized transactions, and exports them to CSV, Excel, QuickBooks (.QBO) or Xero.

Every statement is checked against the totals it prints about itself (opening and closing balances, column totals), so your first file tells you whether every row is there. When a statement prints nothing checkable, it says so instead of guessing.

No AI: extraction and categorization are rule-based. CSV and Excel files are parsed in your browser and never uploaded; PDFs are processed in memory and never stored. Rule-based categorization with your own rules, and edits you can make before export. Batch upload: many files, one table, with the source of every row. CSV and Excel exports are free on every plan; PDFs use credits.
