What is stmtai?

Stmtai converts bank and credit card statements (PDF, scan or photo) into Excel, CSV, QuickBooks QBO/CSV, Xero CSV and Tally XML. Unlike a plain PDF-to-Excel tool, every conversion is reconciled against the statement's own opening and closing balances and running balance. The first row that doesn't add up is highlighted next to the original page, with a one-click debit/credit swap.

Batch up to 12 statements into one workbook with a month-to-month continuity check. Every row gets an editable suggested category. A REST API and email-in are included on every plan. Files are deleted when processing ends and results expire after 7 days.

Free: 5 pages with no account, 10 a month with one. Pages Pack $19 one-time for 100 pages that never expire. Pro $29/month (300 pages). Business $99/month (1,200 pages, 5 users). Unused pages refunded within 14 days.
