What is Zendone?
Zendone is a personal productivity tool designed around 3 principles:
Based in Getting Things Done (GTD). zendone aims to make it easy to implement the GTD workflow.
Using the right tool for the right job. There are world-class tools for implementing some GTD parts. zendone doesn't recreate these mechanisms. But it offers a world-class integration instead. In zendone:
Evernote is the collection tool and archive for your reference material and Google Calendar is the GTD Calendar.
Organize each piece of your system where it belongs:
- your actions system in zendone
- your actions with due date in Google Calendar
- your archive in Evernote And zendone keeps everything in sync!
Doing things is the ultimate goal. Focus on doing your next commitments and do them.
Integrates with Evernote and Google Calendar. Doesn't do Gmail or Exchange support (as of August 2015) however.
