Cool website builder. Easy to use, no coding needed and the best thing is that I can start from blank page and build customized websites for my customers just the way I imagine them. No limitations. Would totally recommend for website designers and artists who just like me don't like to compromise in terms of their projects.

I am happy with my choice. There are plenty of website builders online but none of them actually has it all. WebWave does.
I've been getting so annyoed with WiX for constantly lagging and lacking functionalities. Squarespace is useless when it comes to creating a custom website - you can place elements only in a certain layout.
In WebWave you can build a website from ground up on your own with a simple drag and drop and you can place elements where you want and how you want with no restrictions. There is also a CMS which makes working with customers super easy. I used to share the website with customers and they would ruin the layout after 10 minutes... In WebWave I simply block edition of particular elements and all clients can update are text and photos. Thank God...
I am so happy somebody finally understood that webmasters also want to use website builders, without the need of using already prepared website template. Enough of them already. Let's make the Internet template-free again.

I checked many website builders and I don't know a good alternative to WebWave. It works best for me and it's for free. I use Photoshop and Adobe XD a lot and I have to admit that WebWave is very similar in use. I am a webdesigner and I work as a freelacer - I create websites in WebWave. My customers are happy, customers and I have easier work because we don't need a programmer to write us the code. Using WebWave, I can offer clients a ready product.

I like webwave cause almost every month they surprise me with some small software improvements and by bringing up new features. Another thing I really appreciate is that a client can collaborate on a project with you working on it at the same time. You choose which elements can be edited so he won't mess up with your design :)

WebWave is a free website builder. Is it really free? Yes. I developed a few websites myself and published them for free.
WebWave was added to AlternativeTo by hosiarz on Apr 9, 2015 and this page was last updated Apr 22, 2021. WebWave is sometimes referred to as WebWaveCMS.
