WatchForge information
What is WatchForge?
WatchForge is a free movie and TV tracking platform at watchforge.online. It helps you discover what to watch next, log what you have seen, manage watchlists and custom playlists, and keep up with new episodes and releases, all in one place. If you have used services like Trakt or TV Time, WatchForge covers the same core idea: one account for your watch history, watchlist, and upcoming calendar, without locking each title into a single list.
Browse without signing up. Guests can search and explore a large catalog of movies and TV shows with posters, overviews, ratings, and detail pages. Create a free account to unlock tracking: mark titles as watched or interested, hide titles you do not care about, track per-episode progress on TV shows, build watchlists and themed playlists (with overlap across lists), share playlists via link, and get personalized recommendations based on your history.
Stay on top of TV. WatchForge includes continue watching, a release calendar for upcoming episodes and premieres, and a missed-episodes view for shows you follow. Optional email notifications include episode reminders and a weekly digest of your activity and upcoming air dates.
Works across devices. The web app is the main hub. Native clients sync with the same account:
Windows desktop app (Windows 10/11) for account sync and local library tools, including folder scanning for movies, TV, and anime Android app on Google Play with discover, search, lists, continue watching, calendar, missed episodes, and watched history Firefox extension that automatically marks movies and episodes as watched while you play on Plex Web, Jellyfin, or Stremio Web, with optional import from Plex or Stremio libraries Discovery built in. Browse trending and top-rated titles, explore by genre, and open rich detail pages with cast, ratings (including IMDb and Rotten Tomatoes where available), and streaming availability context. The homepage highlights current trending and highly rated picks to help you find something worth watching.
Privacy-minded and free. WatchForge is free to use. We collect only what is needed to run the service (account details, watch history, and preferences) and do not sell your data. WatchForge is an independent project and is not affiliated with Trakt, TV Time, Plex, or other third-party services.
