Vuze provides the greatest offer of anonymous software-downloads for free
It is the most powerful BitTorrent client
Vuze's development has almost halted and its original developers made a free fork,
BiglyBT . It's just like Vuze but without crap like ads and bundled unwanted programs, and it is being actively developed. You won't regret switching - the only thing I miss from Vuze is the cute froggy icon :)
vuze is the adware flavor of malware
Pirate spoofing JAR is the only way to use vuze without sacrificing privacy
I used to like vuze a lot but these days I tend to avoid it, it changes the search engine settings in your browser, replacing them with French yahoo, introduces some annoying shopping plugin and some more. Each time it takes longer to get rid of the installed malware. So yes, I am positive disenchanted.
Vuze includes many important features not present in any other bt clients, and it's a very stable and mature software. I think the most handy feature being the quick search (searching within your whole torrent list as you type). Just use Vuze with the classic interface to cut all the crap and you'll be another happy user.
I renamed it from "Vuze (Azureus)" to "Vuze", because "Vuze" is it's official name. :)
