What is VinPUT?

VinPUT is a voice keyboard for Windows 10 and 11. It turns speech into text in the focused text field, including editors, browsers, chats and forms. Local speech models run on the user’s PC, work offline, have no dictation time limit and require no account. The application is open source under GPL-3.0. Optional Plus and Pro subscriptions add cloud dictation; these modes transmit audio to the selected service. VinPUT is useful for composing messages, documents and prompts for coding assistants.
