TypeJump is a launcher and switcher for the Mac built around one idea: the fastest way to reach anything is a key you already know, not a search query you type. You assign a dedicated hotkey to every app, file, folder, or website (for example Control-S for Slack, Control-I for Invoices) and jump there instantly, from any app, even in full screen.
Anything without a key is one spoken sentence away: TypeJump has built-in voice jumping. Speech is transcribed on-device by macOS, in English and your system language simultaneously, works offline, and never leaves the Mac.
Beyond launching, TypeJump switches: a live window switcher with previews across Spaces (double-tap an app shortcut to cycle its windows), browser tab search across Chrome, Safari, Edge, Brave and Arc, Tap-Tap Capture for the Finder selection, and a Control-Option quick menu. Time-saved statistics are computed locally on the Mac, and an optional anonymous Global Jump Challenge leaderboard turns speed into a game.
TypeJump needs no account and collects no data. TypeJump Lite is free on the Mac App Store; TypeJump Pro (voice jumping, window switcher, tab search) is a notarized direct download with a free trial.
