What is TrainFlow?

TrainFlow is a browser-based workout video organizer, custom routine builder, and training tracker. It lets you save YouTube workout videos, bookmark exact timestamps, add notes and tags, and turn useful video moments into reusable exercise actions.

On desktop, you can organize an action library, extract multiple clips from a video, and arrange actions into custom routines with sets, targets, rest times, and estimated duration. On mobile, its installable PWA provides a focused session view for following reference clips, logging sets and measurements, using timers, pausing and resuming sessions, and reviewing training history and progress.

TrainFlow works for video-based practice such as strength training, basketball drills, combat sports, dance, and mobility. A free plan is available, while TrainFlow Pro adds unlimited actions, routines, training history, focus-mode use, AI-assisted extraction, and trend analysis.
