What is Towdow?

TowDow is an open-source, cross-platform application designed for small and mid-sized teams to manage tasks, projects, and processes in one place. It allows you to create projects, assign tasks, set deadlines, and follow progress in real time across desktop and mobile devices. The interface is kept simple and user-friendly, so teams can stay organized without dealing with unnecessary complexity.

Beyond basic task management, TowDow introduces two features rarely found in lightweight tools. Completion proof ensures that a task can only be marked as done when specific evidence is provided, such as a photo, file, or completed form. Flow control lets you define steps in your processes and prevents overload by making sure dependent tasks are completed before assigning the next ones. Together, these features help teams work more effectively, with clarity and structure.

TowDow is fully open source, available on Linux, Windows, Android, and soon on macOS and iOS, making it accessible to teams across different platforms.
