It is a great portal which is easy to use. I just had a few issues with publishing an article to my firm's knowledge base. It did not appear after I tried saving it. Although it did save, but wasn't visible to customers on the knowledge base.

Regarding the issue you mentioned: could you please check whether the “Show on home page” option is toggled on? You can find this toggle at the bottom of the Edit Article page.
