Tickstone

Tickstone is an open points list (punch list) for small teams, trades and anyone who runs projects with customers. Instead of an Excel sheet that exists in three versions, everyone works on the same live list – on site from the phone, in the office on the PC.

Every point gets a number (e.g. WKS-011), a person responsible, a due date, a priority, photos and comments. Points are sorted into groups such as Electrical, Mechanical or Customer, and you see at a glance what is overdue, what is due today and what is waiting for someone else.

Main features:

• Projects with groups and numbered points, list and table view
• Responsible person, due date, priority and status (open, in progress, waiting, done)
• Photos and PDFs attached to each point, comments
• "Today" and "Upcoming" views across all projects, morning and evening reminders
• Share projects with colleagues, subcontractors or customers; create a team for your company
• Templates for many trades and project types, custom fields per project
• Import an existing Excel list; export to PDF or Excel for the customer
• Private projects kept separate from work
• Works in the browser on phone and PC, installable as an app (PWA), light and dark mode
• German and English, servers in the EU

Tickstone is currently in a free beta with a limited number of accounts. It is built by an automation engineer who got tired of chasing open points in spreadsheets during commissioning.
