What is Texttile?

Texttile is a blog engine built for writing together. Most engines give an entry one author and a lock. Texttile gives it company: everyone on the blog can open the same entry at the same time. One person has the text and types, the others see the words appear and can take the text over with one tap. The gallery is never locked, so tiles move under everyone's hands at once.

An entry is text and tiles. The gallery holds photos and videos in a square grid, and readers get a lightbox. Save version keeps the title and the text as they stand, word by word. One password can guard the whole blog: a word you hand around, not a login.

Texttile is open source, written in Elixir. It ships as one Docker container with SQLite inside, and needs no other service. The demo starts a real Texttile. It runs for 24 hours, then it stops.
