Tabless is a free, open-source desktop planner for developers whose work lives in a shared tracker. Like Sunsama or Akiflow, it puts your day on one screen. Unlike them, it needs no account and no subscription, and everything stays in one JSON file on your disk.
It brings in the tasks assigned to you from 13 trackers (GitHub, GitLab, Jira, Trello, Gitea, Forgejo, Redmine, Todoist, Asana, ClickUp, Sentry, Bitbucket, and Mattermost for @mentions), today's meetings from your calendar's .ics link, and your Markdown notes.
- Today: meetings and planned tasks by the hour, with what's in progress and due.
- Quick capture from any app: Ctrl+Shift+Space, then "review PR tomorrow 11:00 p1 #api".
- Check out a branch named after a task and it moves to the top.
- Vim-style keys in any keyboard layout, every key rebindable.
- Read-only towards your tracker unless you switch status updates on.
It won't plan your day for you, and there's no mobile app or team board. Windows, macOS and Linux.
