Simple but flexible and for me personally not flexible enough to shoot myself in the foot by overthinking and overorganizing things :)
It's an application that is focused enough to help me focus and somewhat protect my from myself.

What is Super Productivity?
Super Productivity is a multi-platform software application designed for task management, time tracking, and personal project management on Linux, MacOS and Windows operating systems. The software is equipped with features to help users plan, track, and summarize their work, allowing the generation of time sheets and work summaries for easy exportation to other time tracking systems.
Super Productivity integrates seamlessly with Jira, Github, and Gitlab, offering automatic importation of tasks assigned to the user. It allows local planning of task details, automatic creation of worklogs, and immediate notifications of any changes. The software also provides tools for organizing project data, including the creation of notes, file attachments, and bookmarks for links, files, and commands, all of which can be conveniently tucked away when not in use.
The application also promotes healthy work habits, with a built-in break timer to remind users when it's time to take a breather. Users can collect personal metrics to analyze and adjust their work routines as needed. For those struggling with procrastination, Super Productivity offers an anti-procrastination feature to reconsider work options, along with a pomodoro timer. Notably, Super Productivity does not collect any user data and requires no user accounts or registration. It is a free and open source software.

Simple yet feature-rich, works both as a desktop app and in your browser! You have full control over your data :)

It's an application that is focused enough to help me focus and somewhat protect my from myself.
Best FOSS alternative for neurodivergent people that like to organize their life without paying a monthly subscription fee to the corporate overlords. Simple, clean and useful! It has even support for user extensions and you can sync it via a file and therefore I have it synced with my own nextcloud. Privacy and security heaven! :)
Probably the best tool for personal organization. One of the few tools that actually lets you own your data.
Usability and feature wise, SuperProductivity easily beats 99% of similar commercial products.
So easy to use, I love it, even better than paid app!
It's perfect! It has everything I need (Pomodoro-timer, break reminder, drink reminder, Kanban overview of tasks, and even an agenda.) And all that for free! Amazing, keep the good work up!
The only one that i've sticked with it! Very useful!
