Stanza on the iPhone is awesome. However, the desktop versions I've tried on the Mac and Windows are disappointing. Both versions did a poor job of rendering ePub files that had been converted by calibre. I've found that calibre works better as a reader than Stanza.

In my opinion Stanza desktop used in conjunction with Stanza on the iPhone is the kindle replacement. It's not eInk, but i don't care, I have any book I want, in nearly any fashion at my fingertips in my iPhone. Using Calibre to manage my books lets me put them on my wife's Android phone as well. Calibre+Stanza=GOLD!
