What is Spheyas?

Spheyas is web-based accounting, bookkeeping and invoicing software built for small business owners rather than accountants.

Create and send invoices, bills and quotes, track expenses, and see where the business stands with Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, COGS, SG&A and Retained Earnings reports that update in real time — all from a genuine double-entry ledger rather than a spreadsheet with totals on it.

Share documents with customers through a portal where they can view, download, accept or reject them and message you back, with no account required on their side.

Pricing is per business, not per user. Unlimited users and unlimited clients come with every plan, including the free one, so adding your accountant, your partner or an assistant never changes your bill.

The Free plan covers 20 finalized documents a month with full invoicing and accounting, requires no credit card, and does not expire. Standard removes the document cap at $12/month. Premium adds unlimited branches and regions, organization-wide activity logs with export, and priority support at $29/month.

Spheyas runs in any browser with nothing to install, with a Mac app also available. Paid plans carry a 30-day money-back guarantee. Managed bookkeeping is available if you would rather hand the books over entirely.
