Business Transactions: In Zoho Books, you can capture an entire gamut of business transactions. Right from the sales related transactions like estimates, invoices, expenses,sales order and credit notes to purchase related transactions like Purchase Order, Bills, Vendor Credits etc. These are easily organised, filtered and sorted the way a user wants.
Automation: You can automate several tasks and activities within Zoho Books. Set up automated payment reminders to be sent to customers for late payments to setting up custom workflows for the invoices, estimates, sales orders and credit note modules, Zoho Books does it all.
Security: You can protect your financial data from prying eyes by setting up two-factor authentication. If you’re using your iOS app, you can even lock it with a 4 digit pin.
Custom Roles: You cannot give admin access to everyone who uses an accounting software. That’s why we have fine-grained access and controls you can setup in Zoho Books. Choose the modules you would want a specific user to see and restrict access to others.
