SOV Network

SOV Network (SOV = Self-Owned Value) is an open-source network owned by the people who use it. One app holds your wallet, your messages and your identity.

• One human, one account: your palm and a live face check are scanned on your own phone. No photo is ever stored or sent; the network compares protected templates, which stops bots, fake accounts and duplicate votes.
• End-to-end encrypted messages, photos, documents and groups. Nodes never store message content; if the recipient is offline the message waits on your own device.
• Joining needs no phone number and no email.
• Money you hold yourself: a fixed supply of 50,000,000 SOV, not a blockchain, nothing to buy. Transfer fee 0.1%, capped at 1 SOV.
• Person-to-person exchange with escrow, where sellers set their own price.
• Citizens vote on every rule. Disputes go to a jury of randomly chosen citizens.
• Anyone can run a node from the desktop app. Every node publishes the fingerprint of the exact source it runs.
• Not on the app stores by design: downloads come from the website, GitHub releases, IPFS and BitTorrent.
