Haven't been in ecom too long - maybe like 4 months - but someone advised that i should get started on my email marketing the same time i started my store. used mailchimp first and it was just...confusing as heck. and ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE customer service. It's like they don't care. Anyways, wouldn't recommend it for anyone, but especially new guys. but with omnisend, i was so shocked. I mean, 15 minutes and my test newsletter that i sent myself came out looking beautiful on my computer and iphone and eveyrthing else. i'm already enjoying their automation workflows. actually easier to set up than what i would be expecting, so kudos to them for that. Really helpful customer service too--i think they're 24/7!
This one is amazing, way better than it's competitors. Simple, yet highly configurable. Support is amazing too.

Starting with features like - Segmentation, A/B Testing, Reporting and more Omnisend brings new and amazing opportunities that weren't explored before. You can also create omnichannel marketing strategies, like additional SMS campaigns. Everything is made so much easier with automation too.
