SKTimeStamp is a very simple shell extension which adds a new tab to the Explorer properties dialog. On that new tab, you can change the file/folder date and time.

Property display when only one file is selected.
Property display when multiple files are selected.

    There are many portable programs you don't need to install that do something similar. This makes it somewhat convenient in that you can easily change multiple file properties. But others also offer that. Just annoying that its not portable for such a small little utility.
