What is SingleFocus?

SingleFocus is a task manager designed around the Getting Things Done methodology, built to run anywhere — Windows, Mac, Linux, Android, iOS, and Chromebook — through the browser, with no app-store gatekeeping or platform lock-in.

It implements the GTD features most apps skip: true defer dates that hide tasks until they're actionable, sequential projects that surface only the next action, custom perspectives for filtering by context, and a dedicated guided weekly review that walks through every project and flags stale items. Contexts go beyond location (@phone, @computer, @errands) to include an energy lens, so you can filter by mental energy — deep focus, medium, or quick wins.

Beyond the GTD foundations, SingleFocus adds an ML-powered focus pick that learns from your completion patterns to suggest what to work on next, productivity insights (rhythm heatmaps, velocity tracking, project momentum, drift detection, and a year-in-review), a rescue mode that simplifies your view to one task at a time when it detects overwhelm, and AI assistant access via the Model Context Protocol, so you can manage tasks through Claude, ChatGPT, or any MCP-compatible assistant.

Your data stays yours and can be exported at any time. Free during early access.
